The Authorized Economic Operators Association (AEO) has expressed its recommendations regarding TAREKS for companies that own AIS.

We have come together with the parties of the issue to raise awareness about product safety and experience in foreign trade. Everyone agrees that foreign trade should be done faster, and the fact that the goods do not arrive or arrive lately leads to serious costs.

At the webinar organized jointly by Unsped Customs Consultancy and TURKTRADE, Sezai Uçarmak, Deputy Minister of Commerce said that: “Product safety is an area that is bound by international conventions and embodied depending on customs unions. We are also looking for a way to sell products to other countries of the world more conveniently without being overwhelmed by such procedures, both to comply with it and to protect and improve the image of Turkish goods using this bar, which is mandatory due to the customs union. We have transferred it to our internal legislation with the product safety and technical regulations law adopted by our assembly last year. On March 12, the law entered into force.
