The article by our Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mehmet Altay YEGİN, entitled "The list to be saved in a fire," was published in the newspaper "Nasıl Bir Ekonomi."

Representing the Association of Authorized Economic Operators (AEO), we attended the program on Ekotürk TV as the guest of Öykü Cengiz on 27 July to present our general opinions and suggestions about sectoral problems.

During the program, the "AEO" history of the Authorized Economic Operator, its past and present, the KKDF problem, the SCT list collateral trial, the application of specialized customs, the advantages of on-site customs clearance in imports and exports, the application of transit regime, the current status of mutual recognition agreements in YYS and our suggestions on the subject and our views on the inclusion of SMEs in the YYS system were expressed.

The list of "First to be Saved in a Fire" was also mentioned during the program. The purpose of the "Regulation on the Protection of Buildings in Fire" published in the Official Gazette on December 19, 2007, is "Design, construction, operation, maintenance, and use of all kinds of structures, buildings, facilities and businesses used by public institutions and organizations, private institutions and real persons. It is defined as determining the procedures and principles of the measures to be taken before and during the fire, organization, training, and inspection to minimize the fires that may occur in the phases of the fire and to extinguish any fire that may occur in any way by minimizing the loss of life and property. "Emergency," on the other hand, is defined as the effort to eliminate the situations caused by the events considered disasters and to minimize the casualties. Accordingly, those to be rescued are determined in order of importance, and they are saved first in a fire.
