Regarding the Visit by UYYSD & the Korea Authorized Consignee Association (KAA)

A delegation led by Mr. Mehmet Altay Yegin, Chairman of the UYYSD Board, will hold meetings in Seoul, South Korea, in September.

As part of the visit to South Korea, the delegation will meet with Mr. Woosung Kee, Chairman of the Korea Authorized Economic Operator Association (KAA), his delegation, and companies holding AEO status.

The discussions will focus on the strong economic ties between Türkiye and South Korea, the growing volume of trade, opportunities for mutual investment, and the deep integration between the two business communities.

The discussions will also focus on the current agenda shaped by the Türkiye-South Korea Free Trade Agreement (FTA), the Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA), membership in the World Customs Organization (WCO) Private Sector Consultative Group (PSCG), and global geopolitical and geoeconomic developments.
