Our Chairman of the Board of Directors Mehmet Altay YEGİN's article titled The Importance of Contract in YYS was published in the newspaper "Nasıl Bir Ekonomi"

The Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Association organized a seminar on "Preparation of International Commercial Agreements and Basic Matters to be Considered" on 11 July. The Chairman of the Association's Law Commission, Atty. Moderated by Cem Kabdan, Dean of Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. Participation in the seminar, which included Vahit Doğan's presentation, was at a high level.

The seminar provided guidance to foreign trade connoisseurs holding an Authorized Economic Operator Certificate (YYS) on the preparation of international commercial contracts and the issues to be considered. In fact, national contracts other than international contracts are also important in terms of ensuring the continuity of the certificates of the companies holding YYS. For this reason, companies that want to have YYS and ensure the continuity of the certificate have to prepare their "Contract Instructions" in accordance with the legislation.

The "Contract Instruction", which covers the contents of international and national contracts, appears for the first time in the Annex-2 question form, annexed to the Regulation on the Facilitation of Customs Procedures. Some questions in the ANNEX-2 questionnaire, which consists of 13 sections in total, need to be answered within the scope of the "Contract Instruction".
