Mandatory Training for Companies Holding AEO Certification Under the UYYSD Academy Was Conducted Online.

On November 18, 2025, the “Customs and Foreign Trade Legislation Training,” which is mandatory for companies with Authorized Economic Operator (YYS in Turkish) status, was organized online exclusively for our members.

The training, which was attended by a large number of participants, was delivered by Mr. Remzi Akçin, former Deputy Undersecretary/former Director General of Customs, an expert in foreign trade and customs processes.

The training covered recent legislative changes, AEO obligations, practices that companies should pay attention to, and process management. Participants had the opportunity to receive detailed answers to their questions about the legislation during the Q&A session.

The training, prepared to meet the needs of our members, served as an important guide for the participants to closely follow current developments in the industry.
